Staff

Our Ethos

We are very lucky to have a dedicated team of Adult Staff who work hard to ensure that a wide range of varied activities and development opportunities are available to the Cadets.

The Staff have three main objectives:

  • Cadet health and safety — to ensure that every activity is safe.
  • Cadet development — to ensure that all Cadets are included in every activity and are developed to the maximum of their potential.
  • To have fun — like the Cadets, we are all here voluntarily, so we like to enjoy what we are doing!

The Team
